Choosing
Stainless steel or cast iron?
Stainless heats fast and cleans easily; cast iron holds heat and marks food better but must be kept dry. The maximum working temperature on the product page is the number that decides which one suits your grill.
What do the numbers on the page mean?
Every product page carries size, material and heat rating, listed as the maker publishes them. Where a figure is not published we leave it blank rather than invent one.
Buying and delivery
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders of ₹2,999 and above. Below that, one flat ₹99 covers the whole order — no handling, packing, fuel or remote-area fees.
How long does it take?
Handling is 1 to 3 business days, then transit 3 to 9 business days — about 3 to 6 business days to metro PIN codes and 5 to 9 business days elsewhere in India. Total from Pawala Khasrupur, Haryana: 4 to 12 business days. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST join the next working day queue.
How can I pay?
UPI before dispatch, or Cash on Delivery when the parcel arrives. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards or PayPal, there is no card form on this site, and we do not offer EMI. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR).
Do you ship outside India?
No. We deliver within India only.
On arrival
Is this normal, or is it a fault?
Normal: a light manufacturing oil on stainless steel that burns off on the first heat, and colour change on steel after the first few cooks. A fault is different: a weld has failed, a handle is loose, a coating flakes on first use, or the size does not match the size on the page. Report a fault within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.
Is anything not included?
Unless the product page lists it in the box, no — we do not supply the grill itself, fuel and charcoal, because fuel is heavy and cheaper bought locally, and grills are a separate purchase entirely. Buy those locally.
Care, returns and warranty
How do I look after it?
Burn the accessory clean while it is still warm, dry it fully before storing, and keep coated surfaces off a wire brush.
What is the return window?
7 days from delivery. The item must be unused, complete in the original packaging, with the invoice. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days once it reaches us.
Is there a warranty?
We offer no six-month or manufacturer warranty of our own and we do not claim one. Where the maker provides a warranty, the card in the box governs it and we will point you to the right service channel. What we cover is condition on arrival.
Can I visit and see one?
No — we are online only, with no shop or showroom to visit. The registered address is where orders are packed and dispatched. That is exactly why size, material and heat rating are spelled out on every product page.
